1. Estimates and scope

Any quote or estimate requested through this website is a preliminary estimate based on the information you submit. Final pricing and scope are confirmed only after an on-site review (if needed) and a written agreement.

2. Scheduling and changes

Project schedules may change due to material availability, weather, site conditions, or change requests. If you request changes after work begins, pricing and schedule may be updated in writing.

3. Your submissions

If you upload photos, videos, or other information, you confirm you have the right to share them. You grant Advanced Carpentry Services permission to use your submissions to evaluate the project, prepare estimates, coordinate work, and communicate with you.

4. Third-party and open source software

This website and internal tools may use third-party and open source components. For receipt/scan text extraction, we may use the open source Tesseract OCR engine. Tesseract OCR is licensed under the Apache License 2.0 and is provided “as-is” by its respective authors. Use of any open source software is subject to its applicable license terms.

5. Disclaimers

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Advanced Carpentry Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website.
